Absolutely. We offer NAID® AAA Certified shredding and disposal services post-scanning. This part of the service is completely optional and based on your needs. If you choose to shred your documents after the scanning process, you will receive a certificate of destruction for your records.

To get started, simply contact us to request your pre-labeled, prepaid shipping boxes. Once you receive them, fill the boxes with your documents and send them back to us. We’ll take care of the rest.

We can scan a wide variety of documents, including invoices, receipts, employee records, blueprints, medical files, government documents, legal files, educational records, historical documents, photographs, and manuscripts. We also offer scanning in black and white and color depending on your needs.

You have the option to receive your digital files on an encrypted USB drive, via upload to your SFTP site, or through a document management system. The original documents can be shredded using our NAID® AAA Certified Shredding Service or sent back to you for an additional fee.

The cost is a flat rate of $199 per box, which includes shipping, processing, scanning, indexing, and organizing your documents. There may be additional fees depending on your needs, such as OCR or return shipping, both of which are optional add-ons.
